Evaluations with Temple Behavioral Health P.C.

All evaluation services begin with an intake appointment. 

Fees for evaluations are determined after the intake, based upon the purpose and assessment time required. 

INTAKE:  (a virtual meeting lasting approximately 1 hours. Client and parent[s]/legal guardian[s] only). (A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST ATTEND FOR MINOR CHILDREN)

Intake fee is $290, and may be covered by your insurance.

During this first information gathering session, you will meet with one of our licensed staff to discuss presenting concerns and relevant history. ALL intake forms must be completed prior to this appointment.

The information gathered during this appointment will assist in deciding which of the following evaluation appointments, if any, should be conducted.

CLINICAL INTERVIEW SESSION: (1-1½ hours). During this session, our clinicians will meet with you individually to discuss your symptom profile in great detail. Self-report forms that measure a broad spectrum of issues including anxiety, depression, and attentional weaknesses will also be administered.

PSYCHOLOGICAL: (1½ hours).This evaluation is designed to assess your problem solving and thinking abilities. Cognitive strengths and weaknesses are determined using carefully designed tasks that gradually become more challenging. 

FEEDBACK SESSION: (1-1½ hours; client/legal guardians[s] only). Meeting with participating clinicians to review in detail the results and recommendations of the evaluation.
